The conceptualisation of the Onsitego kiosk design was driven by the brand’s promise of hassle-free protection and service for electronic devices, translated into a clean, approachable, and tech-forward space. The kiosk was designed to instantly communicate trust, efficiency, and simplicity—values core to the Onsitego brand. A minimal yet bold design language was adopted, using crisp white surfaces accented with the brand’s signature red and blue to ensure high visibility in busy retail environments. Smart zoning enabled quick customer interactions, with clear touchpoints for service registration, product demos, and information access. Integrated digital screens and intuitive wayfinding enhanced user engagement, while the compact layout ensured operational efficiency. The overall design made tech support feel less intimidating and more accessible, positioning Onsitego as a reliable partner in the customer’s device journey.
